Build History Clean-Up Policy

Administration > Configure clean-up policy 

In this page you can enable or disable clean-up process, set up its timing, and configure clean-up policy for the various build configurations. The page also informs you about the next scheduled clean-up, and the time taken by the last clean-up.

Option Description
Enable/Disable
If clean-up policy is disabled, the page is blank, and Enable button is available. If clean-up policy is enabled, this page displays the list  build configurations.
Clean-up policy settings
Use the following fields to create clean-up schedule.
Clean-up start time Use the spinners to set up start time in the format hh:mm
Save Click this button to save start time settings. 
Start clean-up now Click this button to launch clean-up immediately.
Configure clean-up policy
Use this table to view the list of build configurations with their clean-up rules, edit or delete clean-up rules.
Edit
Click this link to open Edit Clean-up rule dialog.
Delete Click this link to delete selected rule.
Add clea-up rule
Click this button to create a new rule. See  Add/Edit Clean-up rule dialog.

Description
Apply to
Use this combobox to select the build configuration, to which the rule will apply.
Keep history for ... days
Check this option, if you want to preserve build history, and specify the number of days.
Keep not less than ... successful builds in history
Check this option, if you want to preserve certain amount of successful builds, and specify the number of builds to be kept.
Save Click this button to save changes and close the dialog.
