Creating and Editing Build Configurations
To create new build configuration for a project:
- On the Administration page, locate the desired project in the list.
- Click the Create build configuration link.
- Specify the General Settings. Refer to Create or Edit Build Configuration for detailed description of the options.
- Click the VCS settings button
- Create/edit VCS roots and specify VCS-specific settings. See Configuring VCS Settings and Version Control Systems Configuration for additional information on CVS roots and a detailed description of the VCS configuration options, respectively.
- Click the Build Runner button.
- On the Choose Build Runner page, select the desired build runner from the drop-down list, and define its settings. Refer to the 3.Build Runners topic for detailed description of the runner-specific options.
- Click Save.
To edit an existing build configuration:
- On the Administration page, locate the desired build configuration.
- Click the Edit link. The build configuration opens in the General Settings section of Create or Edit Build Configuration page.
- In the General Settings page, update options as required.
- Perform the tasks suggested in the Build Configuration Steps list, and save changes:
